Shell Point Residents
- Single Golf Membership Annual Dues: $3,060 plus tax
- Couple Golf Membership Annual Dues: $4,250 plus tax
Non Shell Point Residents
Non-refundable initiation fee of $2,000 for new members
- Single Golf Membership Annual Dues: $6,050 plus tax
- Family Golf Membership Annual Dues: $7,300 plus tax
- Privileges are extended to spouse plus children under the age of 25
