The fitness room features a combination of cardio and strength machines – Precor ellipticals, treadmills, exercise bikes, resistance pulleys, and weight benches with free weights. Across the hall is the group exercise studio, with free-floating floor, balance barres, and mirrored walls to watch your body take shape as you match your moves to meet the beat.

Just Do it
